The projects are interesting, and I love the variety of clients we work with. There’s a real sense of teamwork, and leadership is invested in helping you succeed. The company encourages growth and gives you the chance to expand your skill set.

Cons

The pace is fast, and you need to be comfortable handling multiple projects at once. Sometimes the workload can be demanding, but the team is great at supporting each other.

They always have an open door policy and are ready to listen to any concerns or suggestions that employees may have. I appreciate the fact that they always take time to recognize and appreciate the hard work of their team members. The company understands the importance of work-life balance and takes steps to ensure that employees are not overworked or burned out. The company offers flexible working hours and remote work options, which is great for those who need to balance their work and personal life.

Cons

There was almost a month between my interview and the day I started. Not such a big deal for me but might bother others
