      Deftsoft is an employee oriented company and everyone loves to work here. Company is growing very rapidly as their all teams work very hard to make a project successful. You will get lot of opportunities to learn new each day from seniors if you are always open to learn. If you are looking for fast pace career growth then you should join the Deftsoft. I love to work here and enjoy each day.

      It is a good company to work with as it has the potential to grow lot. But company is not growing on that pace as it should be so it will be good for management to do an analysis of the company.

      I had good working experience while working with deftsoft, Company has good infrastructure and salary comes always on time. I had also learned lots of new things which will help me to enhance my career growth. It is a good company to start your career with as you will get a good guidance to learn about the technology.

      Cons

      I did not find any one as HR team is very cooperative and helpful.
