They look great from the outside

Cons

High turn over, huge workloads with 0 support or any real training, so when you don’t immediately keep up with your work load or make a small mistake you are gone. The team environment was strange, lacked any real soul.

I have worked with the company since the beginning (with over 20 years' experience in this industry), I have seen first hand the growth we have achieved together. bigger clients & faster pace. Some people jump ship with the pressure of what's required to work with large ad accounts and scopes. Some wake up pumped to work! You will thrive if you are a senior (easy if you know your stuff) and if you are a junior you are going to love learning from the guys at the top of their game.

Cons

With the bar rising, senior underperformers get exposed quickly, which can be intimidating.
