I've only been at Deferit for a year, but from what I've seen, Deferit actually lives up to its values. The place is filled with great human beings, who are given the freedom to get things done. Even though it's now quite a large company operating out of multiple countries, it's still got that "small startup" energy and optimism. Everyone is open to ideas, and even the C-level team are very accessible and happy to chat.
Cons
The company is on a high growth trajectory, so it's difficult to keep track of all the new faces in meetings.
