Awful Company—Run Away!

Pros

Employees were the only pro to this place, but new management has systematically fired anyone with ability, skill, talent or knowledge.

Cons

Everything. The owner is so cheap he pays people the lowest wages in the industry and finds no value in anyone’s hard work, he only values the almighty dollar. The new management team that was brought in has completely ruined a successful company and they do not care about retaining clients. They produce subpar and inaccurate databases and misrepresent the issues with excuse after excuse. The leadership team hires friends from prior jobs who know nothing about the industry and promotes them all into positions they cannot do while firing the people who built the company. Toxic and dysfunctional culture, awful work environment with nepotism and favoritism making the decisions and an egotistical and dehumanizing management team who send outlandish blanket emails out to entire teams accusing dedicated employees of falsifying work. Sad remains of a once successful company.

Pros

Leadership in Washington are friendly and driven to succeed.

Cons

Poorly transitioned the acquisition of AccuData. Deep Sync laid off/let go the majority of the senior tenured staff that had been employed for 10-20+ years with no employees or new hires in line to take on the abandoned workloads. Constantly trying new ideas before they have thoroughly tried the previous plan, creating a lot of frustration and confusion for staff. Continuously increased workloads for the Client Success Specialists to an unrealistic level with no opportunities for advancement or pay increases to compensate employees for taking on the additional requirements.

Poor management, unclear directions, constant expectation to work night and weekends, no raise no matter how much you go above and beyond. 14 years and was still paid 1/2 the salary of new hires despite training the new hires and being called a senior. Very poor transitions and poor leadership. All the original developers that built the company have left.
