      - At home work. That's about it.

      Pay is often late or wrong, no communication, no promotions, no recognition, layoff date changes week to week.

      Flexible working hours and working from home is available

      Cons

      they have medical doctors managing the software and the delivery, might they have a good knowledge of the medical business, but they don't have enough software management experience to do it right! If they want to improve their quality of the process they have to hire experienced software manager or senior software project manager has enough managerial skills in the software delivery.

      Loved working there. My manager was the CTO who was a really good manager and most importantly a really good human.

      Not much growth available. I was loosing my technical skills
