I worked production and bottling/packaging. Work Instructions were very weak in the production side and non-existent for packaging. Thats right! I worked there over four months and ZERO instructions in the bottling side of the manufacturing plant. Imagine my surprise when I found my brand new scale to be malfunctioning and I had to decide whether to stop work to wait for supervisor to get out of the meeting with the boss (there were no extra scales) or use an alternate way to count pills. I was proud to find out how to use another menu (without instruction b/c the scale instructions were not made available), only to find out that I made the wrong choice despite being a proper and accurate use of the digital scale. I WAS FIRED FOR THIS (insubordination). Yes, I am serious- and this wasn't because I had a history of blunders.

Bonuses are small. No company car, motus does not cover excessive wear on your tires, broken windshields and maintenance. Managers are starting to micro manage your daily calls. They upped sales calls to 9 - 12 a day. Soon you will read from an AI generated script on what you can say to a customer. They speak a lot about culture. The culture is no different than a fraternity. Higher ups do NOT care, you are only a number. The employees are expendable, don't drink the kool aid its poison. New leadership is slowly executing their plan so everyone doesn't run for the door at the same time.
