      Pros

      Hey guys amazing work culture, especially senior management is highly open to new ideas and they, very understanding, besides they are niche in their work and are apparently doing great in their own segment. Don't think twice before starting your career in this amazing place.. Just do it.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance, pretty good sense of flexibility, 20 PTO days, benefits are decent, innovative teammates with great ideas, will promote you if you work above and beyond your job description, don't have to check your email after-hours

      Cons

      Some salaries are below the average I think, but the work/life balance makes up for it.
