Pros

Nice coworkers. You may learn some new things. There is a Ping Pong table...

Cons

There is complete disconnection between top managers and the rest of the employees. There is a general feeling of "they don't care about us". Benefits are very limited. Salaries are below industry average. Office is old, outdated and dirty (it was common to see cockroaches). Very little opportunities to grow. Some computers are very old and slow. Employees get fired or resign very often.

Everyone gets along, cold water

Cons

same tired managers with no real vision about the company. No one is even sure what one of them in particular even does. once you leave and find a real marketing company, you'll realize how setback debt.com left your skills

Pros

Getting to learn and use the place as a stepping stone that’s what most people do there

Cons

Poor management Horrible work from home policy you get a certain amount of hours after 6 months and dont get to use them the company likes to have people in the office Double standards throughout the office some people drink on the job or go to lunch for hours The higher ups are out of touch Terrible covid policy no in person meetings but everyone sits a foot apart without any masks on
