Really good overtime hours during busy season. During the summer, its super slow, so I would take advantage of that.

Cons

Everyone was very cliquey. It took almost a year for everyone to speak to me. No room for growth

Work/life balance as expected with any CPA firm, push to level hours just meant more for harder workers in the season.
