They are regularly approached by employees about multiple issues that never get resolved. Examples are: the speakers/ call boxes for calling slot fills barely work. They continually have headset issues and when employees get frustrated they get reprimanded or they say they cant do anything. They force a dress code that is not only uncomfortable, it makes the job much more difficult then need be. As well as being contradictory to their own dress code. In the summer they let you wear whatever you want, but as soon as the " slow season starts management makes things difficult for no reason. As well as forcing people to wear boots that literally eat holes in peoples feet and when en employee refuses to wear equipment that causes physical harm they ask for a doctors note. If something causes someone physical harm why make it difficult to wear something that isnt hurting you? Especially when people are willing to buy their own shoes.
