Good pay, free car park, that's about it ...

There seemed to be an ugly cloud during the last six years - once upon a time the company had the opportunity to be a global player and shares were a healthy 935. Now today it has been an absolute mess. Poor PR stunt over a loss contract for the passport account, Venezuela still have not paid due to poor account procedures and the company is in a dwindling 200 per share - what happened to the company's future strategy? Too many short term quick fixes will not help - all senior managers take note because they have been asleep on the wheel!

Scratching around here, let's say 'parking, Starbucks, The Street!!

Cons

Terrible culture, worked lots of extra hours for zero reward, very high staff turnover, no teamwork, arrogant attitudes, unhelpful colleagues, blame culture, it's all about profit, zero perks above the standard offering, not even a decent Christmas party!!
