Pros
There are emotionally mature and very professional people that work in my office. We help each other out willingly, but stay out of each other's way for the most part.
Cons
Dayspring does not offer benefits to part time workers. Therapist must bill a minimum of 28 hours per week in order to qualify as "full time" and have access to all the available benefits i.e. health insurance, PTO.
