      WFH benefits. Nothing else other than this

      Cons

      Pathetic, manipulative and unethical behaviour from management. Little to no support unless you are a favourite. No regard for personal circumstances at all. Manager does not know how to manage a team, covered up bullying and allowed disgusting behaviour to occur from senior employees. Extremely unprofessional and surprising this would occur in a PEOPLE AND CULTURE TEAM.

      Flexibility is good but depends on the team leader. Access to discounts via perkbox. Birthday leave

      Cons

      Company is very old school, very cliquey and management not open to new ideas. HR policies are outdated, super strict. Micro management. No trist between admin & operator
