over-marketing of the company friendly policy toward consultants

can't say that is better than a bigger consulting company, wherever Davidson was before it's gone when the company became bigger.

Cons

strictly minimal advantages as defined in the "syntec convention " as can be said in french " Le minimum legale" at least they will be happy to make you think that they can do something with it while dodging answering the questions during months

Comme partout, quelques collègues deviendront vos amis.

Cons

Management toxique a souhait (négocient 50€ sur le salaire de consultant ayant besoin d'une procédure d’introduction car "ils ont déjà de la chance de venir en France"... Alors même qu'ils vous vendent une justice salariale basée sur une grille interne). Si vous souhaitez démissionner, attention, ils essayent de vous faire partir en congés sans solde, car ils ne veulent pas de démissionnaire dans les bureaux. Préparez vous a des horaires type 9h - 20h a minima si vous êtes manager (équilibre vie pro vie perso mon oeil).
