I worked at DSD for 1.5 years. There I was able to learn a tremendous amount about custom home design, design integrity, and how to be part of a great team.

Cons

My time at DSD was during a time where the company went through many changes, and at the time the environment was intense and high pressure, however, I look back at these times and I am grateful for the learning experience.
