- Company is a mess (at least the Dutch office]
- HR recruiting process doesn't make sense
- New hires are promised the world, also when already working there, but very few promises are actually realized
- There is no real strategy, higher management is micro-managing but no real direction for the company, big concern
- Talents/skills of staff are not fully used
- Senior hires will run into a lot of frustration. I have seen a lot of senior staff getting frustrated and walk out or forced out.
- Junior staff should not stay too long at Datenna. At most 1-2 years. Then you get the most out of it.
