      Great work mates. That is all. The lads i worked directly with were a great group but everyone of us hated the place and have gradually left

      Cons

      management obviously have left a few good reviews here but the reality is its an awful place. The staff morale is at a level ive never experienced before and this us caused by the "management" and the owner. There is zero trust in staff to do their job. No pay reviews, no pension, no sick pay. Used to be a great place but its a shadow of its former self. Very bad rep in the industry. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT PROGRESSION

      Pros

      None - unless basic low paid experience required, a lot of pressure (dont go if have family commitments at all) and are based near Wexford.

      Cons

      Too many to mention. In a time where we were hit with a recession, this could have been and would have been a great company to pick up all the pieces which had a lot of very good people behind them/and was the goal. Unfortunately what actually happened was someone else, within the family, was given Control .

      Low wages No Health benefits No sick pay No Pension No pay Increases Poor poor culture from the top down. Middle managements hands are tied and have no influence on how this company is run. They do not respect employees as is 100% proven by the astronomical staff turnover.
