This company has been around 10 years. Not sure of what the strategy is for company growth. No core services or products that differentiate this company from so many others.
Most of us our work is based on government contracts.
No hybrid or remote work for employees working government contracts.
HQ is allowed hybrid work ... But, not us contract employees.
Most of the work is a sub-contract. Which can leave employees in the lurch during government shutdowns.
