There were bad times during recession where salaries were delayed. The same did not deter people who believed in the values of the company and Sr. Management alike.
About the Sr. Management, right from MD to the Director and respective department heads they were all wonderful people to work with. My projects were mainly under Mr. Ajay Arora (MD), he was truly a gem of a person.
