      Pros

      Free lunch if you eat at your desk. really solid catered options. Company likes to have regular social events.

      Cons

      Shocked at how low pay is considering positions and experience. My current position is 2 tiers higher than when I worked at a company 1/4 the size of this one, and yet my pay is 10% lower than what I started at that previous employer in the same field years ago with no experience.
