Pros
Employees are to notch. They know their job and do it well. Always on top of issues and quick to fix them.
Cons
Executive level has no idea what they want. They start projects and never complete. Point fingers and don't communicate properly the points they need. No work/personal time division. Continual after hours high alerts for no reason with micro managing on top. Also take forever to make a decision
