      Pros

      It's a small (15 employees) company but has large company ethics. There is a good team atmosphere and balanced management style which is not too heavy handed.

      Cons

      I didn't have many complaints. It would have been good to have a shower as I cycled in but how many companies can offer this anyway?! Office a bit untidy but maybe this is the creative element?

      Management are all experienced experts Lots of support and encouragement of creativity Lots autonomy and trust to get the job done Very inclusive atmosphere

      Cons

      The office can be a little quiet (not always a bad thing - just try working in a very loud office)

      Pros

      A creative company dealing well with all aspects of web design and marketing and doing it in a sensible and honest manner, particularly with regards SEO compared to other companies where I have worked. Lots of difference clients in different sectors made it interesting. Office was greatly improved since the renovations.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to keep track of all the things going on but this also made the role interesting.
