Pros

Client focused. Will get the project done no matter what is takes 99.999% Employees always step up!

Cons

Overworked, undervalued, condescending tone in approach towards employee from middle management all the way up to owners. Don't buy what they are selling in the interview process.

Started off OK, it went downhill from there. Missed the red flags.

The interview process is very polished. It definitely gets people in the door. You get to meet the owners and it seems impressive and buttoned up.

Cons

Management's lack of interaction with employees: it creates a "caste system". If you speak up, you will be punished in a passive aggressive manner. The managers play "good cop vs bad cop", and will use feedback to turn against their employees. They also love playing favorites and those are the people who need the most validation and will give up the most time for unpaid work, just as long as they hear a "good job" once or twice a year.

Horrible benefits, terrible managers, zero sympathy for any family issues outside of working time, or during working time. 90 day 'probation period' to wait for measly benefits. Terrible benefits, 1 week vacation after 1 year? No where near industry standard.
