      Innovation and individually initiatives encouraged. Intelligent staff, interesting technologies. Generally relaxed atmosphere. Culturally diverse

      Cons

      Not the best place to work if you simply want to be told what to do or don't want accountability and responsibility from the outset; there is little hand-holding

      Easy to get hired as the location/culture repels decent candidates.

      Cons

      Where do I start? No benefits, compensation, technology 10 years old, lots of overtime (unpaid), zero support. Negative atmosphere. Slough culture.
