Pros

Remote work and fairly flexible schedule depending on manager. Pay was fine.

Cons

How much time do you have? Certain teams are small and primarily hire people they’ve worked with before at other companies or that managers are literally related to, resulting in a highly cliquey environment that is resistent to new ideas and change. There are absolutely no performance reviews (annual or probationary) as the company doesn’t “believe” in them. The only way you’ll find out if your manager has an issue with you is when they ask HR to fire you for them with no notice or warnings. Raises and promotions almost never occur, likely because they don’t formally track performance and instead operate off of gut feeling. Expect emails/teams messages from management at all hours of the day and on weekends and prepare to be pushed out if you attempt any semblance of a work life balance. Everything is treated as an emergency. Internal systems are all over the place and everyone does things how they want to. Very few if any written procedures or expectations on some teams. Benefits are expensive for what they are.

Pros

Casual dress code. Semi-flexible WFH policy.

Cons

Horrible benefits package ($$). No annual bonus or merit increases, ever! No performance management or goals set. "Sweatshop" mentality here; micro-managing bosses, work expectation is nights and weekends (24x7x365 work, work, work!), no work-life balance. Also, major "trust" issues w/mgmt. IT systems not kept up-to-date with patches. Lots of adhoc chaos and hysteria caused by poor planning/poor communication. A constant fire drill - "fox in the hen house" type of work atmosphere. Too many Cons to list, I could go on....

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Management here believes in the philosophy of "manage people by intimidation" and have zero respect for workers . There is no performance feedback mechanism, no formal process for reviews (so no raises) and the health insurance is just dismal for a company this big. The way how few folks in the upper management talk to other employees is just cringeworthy- this place is run by bullies ( 2-3 people ) who 1. consistently yell at people ( especially when there are team meetings) , 2. Look to point fingers at others when things go wrong ( and there are daily fire drills ) 3. Make offensive offhand comments. It is amazing how the HR hasn't looked into these concerns ( probably because HR is only handful of people- who seem nonexistent). It is only a matter of time before some workers harassment case is brought against this company/location.
