Pros

It's a job, It pays the bills. Aside from management the people are great to work with.

Cons

Middle Management (Local Leadership Team): Unfortunately, the middle management team lacks the necessary enterprise-grade skills to effectively lead the company. Their inexperience has impacted their ability to succeed in their roles. Micromanagement: Previous reviews have highlighted an issue with micromanagement. If you appreciate close supervision, including scrutiny of every aspect of your work and time management, this role may align with your preferences. Staff Treatment: The treatment of staff has been deeply concerning. The recent high attrition rate over the past two years underscores this issue. Compensation: It’s worth noting that the pay and rewards fall below industry standards.

Pros

The people who work there (most of them anyway - not the managers) were great to work with and keep the company afloat. The management (all but for a couple) when I worked there were incompetent who treated their staff with high levels of disrespect and belittling.

Cons

Data#3 decided one day to make redundant an entire team without any warning or notice. They then posted in a newspaper a little while later that they had made a profit for that quarter (likely made through redundancies). They employed a manager to interview everyone for their own jobs (sound much like the film 'Office Space'?) and this person made the environment so unbearable to push people out so they didn't have to pay redundancies. 5 or more employees quit because of this uncaring person. What company does this to their people? The management were tipped off about these upcoming redundancies months before and one by one they resigned. No such tip off for the regular employees though. Nice thank you for nearly 5 years of service I gave that company. I had just had a new born baby when they made me redundant. They chose a couple of unfit employees to keep on (no idea why) their payroll and these undesirables are still there from last reports.
