Dasinfomedia is also a way for employees to plan for their professional future as they can see where their strengths and what skills they need to build to move up in the company. An annual self-evaluation can also build an employee’s case for their compensation review.
Cons
only 2nd and 4th Saturday half day. Leave subject to approval.

Go for Training if you have no option of any other companies, increment 1200 to 1500, project mgnt zero level.

Only, You can leave at sharp 7:00 PM Leaves also approved easily
Cons
Low Increment, No Seniors Hire, Project Mgnt Zero Level, No Tl/PM/DM, 2nd and 4th Saturday also Half day and if needed then you have to stay full day, Internet Issues, Not bigger lunch area, Starting salary 8k fix for one yr, Compolsary 3 to 4 Months Training for freshers and in training you get 3k only, No Paid leave for 1 yr
