Cons
• They will hire you after July and at a time of first appraisal they will tell you that they have July to June cycle so you are not eligible for appraisal. • They asks their employee to write positive review on internet • Timing is very odd • No overtime for extended work even if you work for 16 hours • Saturday working • Political environment • Pantry on terrace for lunch, no AC or proper cooling in pantry (becomes Hell in summer) • Appraisal is very (specially for Designers) • You appraisal and growth are depends on the Team you are hired in, you will be count as trash if you are in wrong team even if you are very good in all skills and work. • No co-operation at time of resignation, in case you want to leave early before completing your notice period
