BE PREPARED to work your second shift closing or opening ALONE and having no idea what to do!!!!!! Count inventory 2 times a day ( no one does) Do a check list that includes scrubbing baseboard and other crap Send in daily goals to corporate ( whatever) SIT IN on a conference call 2 times a day and recite SCRIPTS and listen to 6 other girls say what you just said... if you miss a conference call DONT WORRY (sarcasm) they will personally call you to go over scripts.. Even if you are busy... work alone most of your shifts while still not trained and get yelled at by angry customers get yelled at about pricing and other employees mistakes ( you wont be able to solve any customer issues) you will need to email customer service and tell the customer you will let them know next time you see them. ( does'nt go so smoothly) but if that doesnt phase you you can always become an airhead manager in about 1-2 months and talk about the girls who work for you with other girls :) dont waste your time ladies

-Horrible hours -Management doesn't care if you have a life.. Doesn't matter if you're sick or in the hospital if you don't get a doctors note at least 24 hours before your shift you better find a way to get it covered.. which is not easy as none of the girls want to help, some will but only if you pay them or buy them product. -Ridiculous amount of cleaning to do/unnecessary -You are at the salon completely by yourself, sometimes close at 10-10:30 by yourself but you still have to go out back to take out trash... NOT SAFE -Only 5% commission -Management chooses favorites.
