-staff allowance -staff discount -loyal customers

Cons

-unethical amount of fast fashion stock delivered weekly, store overflowing -micromanaged constantly, so cannot control your own roster, despite being store manager -no support / HR, if you’re having staff issues or pay issues etc - non flexible hours despite salary contract, you’re still expected to work weekends even in management role
