      Pros

      I have been with the company for 3+ years and have seen it transform from a network of independent consultants to a unified team with a very supportive culture. The leadership team has a vision and a plan of action to achieve it. Unique niche and impressive client base in biotech/biopharma.

      Cons

      Some internal processes/systems need to catch up with pace of company growth.

      Small company, very supportive withing the Consulting and Operations (support) teams Can be very lucrative for consultants, when work is available (using a pay structure similar to revenue-sharing) Flexible work schedule and locations

      Cons

      Weak CEO Lack of integration of recent adjacent acquisitions resulting in redundancy and conflicting corporate direction/priorities When biotech sector struggles, consultants are provided limited hours
