Pros

Relatively modern facility. Some benefits available.

Cons

Extremely low pay for both manufacturing and office based employees. Wages capped for certain employees. Very small raises and often no raises at all. Far too much emphasis put on employment evaluations. Terrible internal software - buggy and slow. Minimal benefits with very little choice. Only one way to accrue time off for any reason - no sick leave, no paid vacation. HR department has way too much power which it uses to the detriment of employees. Hostile work environment - employees harassed, threatened and bullied. Far too many middle managers with very little to do. Experienced workers fired and replaced with students who are paid much less. Employees treated with total disrespect by supervisors and HR dept. Ineffective supervisors promoted laterally instead of being fired. Total lack of ethics among managerial staff. Slavish implementation of corporate philosophies without actually understanding them. If you don't have a degree you will most likely never be promoted. Arrogant leadership totally detached from the realities of being an average employee. Favoritism shown to long term management staff irrespective of their ability. Oppressive privacy rules - staff IM messages, emails, phone calls etc. all recorded and monitored. Very low staff morale.

Pros

I honestly can't think of any. This is truly an awful company to work for. The work/life balance is crap too because you need to work 2 jobs. Employees should be well compensated not paid low enough they can qualify for habitat for humanity.

Cons

It's ran with the good old boys club mentality. Pay sucks, raises suck, a ridiculously high deductible on the health insurance. Management only cares about the numbers not about quality to the customer. All the time customers are shipped a product that either doesn't work, is painted the wrong color, had wrong color led's, schools name is spelled wrong. Sending out repaired modules that are not repaired well and don't work is the normal too. As the employees change the some problems continue to persist over and over and over and over again. If you polish a turd it's still a turd.

Pros

Tuition Assistance (Although they won't pay mine on termination) Medical, PTO, Leave Health Savings Account Fitness reimbursement (Although hard to apply for)

Cons

Lack of opportunities - they encourage personal growth, not professional They hire "talkers" not "do-users" HR is not responsive to complaints HR does not follow up with employee concerns Technical support structure rewards those who stick to being experts in one subset of products More concerned with shareholders rather then stakeholders
