      -working with Mitch Byars, Ross Maak and Charlie Brennan

      Cons

      -Expectations are not clear (I was told my beat was different and then half way through my tenure with the DC they changed my beat entirely and were upset I wasn’t pitching stories in that wheelhouse) -Passive-aggressive & absent management -Not flexible work-from-home environment -No room for growth or pay raise
