The people who work there try really hard to bring a good culture into the organization, It's the executives that no longer care for the company or its people all just waiting out the clock to retirement.
Cons
Worst CFO I ever worked for, all systems are from the 80's, so is the mind set! The department is a glorified Mean Girls department, even those who function in under the cloak of complacency. Complete lack of digital footprint. Don't come work here unless you're interested in seeing how accounting functioned in the early 80's. You will learn nothing!!!!
