I have been working for Dadaabc for two years. Flexible, professional outlook and staff usually helpful especially if you build a relationship with your co-ordinator.. Great kids and generally enough work. Flexible hours and working from home.
Cons
Since starting Dadaabc two years ago they have added more and more demanding paperwork for us. Reports after every lesson, regular reports after completion of a set of course material and now giving and marking homework!! This is a BIG "CON" in BOTH meanings of the word! I would like Dadaabc to tell me where in the contract this is required specifically. It means your rate of pay is false and you will spend and average of 2 - 3 extra hours unpaid doing these reports - if you do them properly!! Pay scale should continue higher with time and experience. Many errors in course material and sometimes in assessment tests! Penalty system for employment too restricted and negatively based rather than positively.
