      i worked on multiple projects in this company, so i can say, due to variations in project leaders, the work stress varies. overall all projects displayed highly professional behavior. Micromanaging only happens if u r not working up to mark, which is valid.

      Cons

      Increment and hikes get delayed. No bonuses.
