Company is in bad financial shape. Operating at a loss for years now (public record) however recent investments in cloud are a massive failure and bankruptcy is imminent. Business has dried up and many empty seats with Perth centre almost empty.
MD is generally aggressive and hostile, promotes blame culture and personally ensures people are fired on a monthly basis without cause or warning. When he isn’t intimidating staff, he is lying and mis-selling technology. He is tyrannical and is honestly considered by many inside the company as narcissistic, spiteful, and devoid of any morals.
The culture inside the company is nothing like what they would have you believe; it is not laid back and friendly at all. Expect to work hard 7 days, nights and weekends from home in a high stress environment for low pay. Once you start working here, you’ll realise that many of the promised benefits will never be delivered – extremely unprofessional.
There is no training or communication, and no career progression. Emails are monitored and don’t dare complain because your every move is being watched. They intimidate you to thinking you’ll be the next one to be fired unless you work harder. HR are just as terrified and just try to keep their jobs, cannot do anything to protect the employees.
