      DTZ in Singapore need revamping mindset.

      Pros

      Benefits are standard with industry.

      Cons

      Too many Finance staff resign due to low morale and work is messy. People at the top tends to bring out worst attributes in staff. Keep on asking staff to do redundant things. Photocopying things just for the control sake is not really in sync with Go Green(save paper) initiatives.

      Pros

      Big company, getting bigger every day with acquisitions and mergers to make the bottom line look quite impressive.

      Cons

      In their unbridalled haste to save money, increase profits, and ensure fat bonusses for the execs, they are downsizing the DTZ portion of the company. Cutting most departments to the bone and they outsourced a great IT department overseas to a group that cannot do the job. Poor planning is grinding everything to a halt.

      Pros

      New leadership in place for separation from UGL parent company is hopeful. But, financial pressures while going through the transition predict lean years ahead.

      Cons

      Poor management has led to an exodus of top performers over the past several years. The entire senior management team has turned over in the past year. Half truly left on their own to pursue better opportunities while the other half we're let go. The compensation package is below industry standards and the company does not pay out on bonuses. So, negotiate your package up front if you are looking to join DTZ
