Out of 56 hours of work I got about 1.5 hrs of training, basically I was only trained if someone was available to train me. On my first day when I asked about how much time I should take for lunch, the manager said as much time as you want, because the work there is salary. While everyone in my office came in at different times every day as they pleased generally around 10 am, I decided one day to come in at 9 am instead of 7 am since I had absolutely nothing to do until other people came in, and I was fired. I wish I had listened to the tons of bad reviews for this company and took one of the other offers I had instead of turning them down to work at DTI!

This company treats their employees like trash. The pay is low and they do everything in their power to screw you. I was employed by Merrill a company that did care about their employees until we were sold to DTI. Because we are originally Merrill employees it feels as if DTI looks at us like outcasts which was revealed to us on 12-04-2015. DTI issued out Christmas bonuses which most companies don't and most people say that you should be greatful for what you get. However, how could be greatful when you break your back for a company and receive 25 cent raise and whopping $48 Christmas bonus? What a slap in the face. A simple thank you would've been more appreciated. Some of my coworkers who work do less work then me and others get a $1000 bonus. Makes no sense. But it does make sense because they are original DTI employees. My hard work paid for nothing. I will be leaving this company very soon!!!
