The people, for the most part...except key leaders.

Cons

The management. Lots of quiet discrimination against women...wake up Broadridge and take a deeper look at the track record. Several quiet lawsuits that have turned in to hush money settlements. HR sticks heads in the sand.

local, pay is competitive, large car park

Cons

Office politics, bullying of women, sexist men, odd clique of senior management. They fire people on a weekly basis. Warehouse and offices full of flies from the local dump.

Would say that dst is a good paying company the staff on the factory floor are friendly and try to help each other

Cons

The management are some of the most corrupt people I have ever come across. They have no scruples and as long as you are one of their mates you can get away with murder. The production staff have not got a clue what's going on. The top management need to take a long hard look at how things are being run. As a factory worker you are made to do your ethics and compliance . Perhaps the management should watch these videos as well .
