Pros

- Small company, so get a good chance to work in multiple areas, R&D, market-facing activities etc - Good middle management, capable of bringing our the best in individuals - Very nice work atmosphere, experienced team

Cons

- Lots of chopping and changing of overall strategy. So lots of sudden changes in the work direction . More tactical than strategic - Driven too much by individual customers, rather than an independant view of where the specific semicon domain is going. Tendancy to jump to easily when customer says jump.
