Pros

Small, burgeoning company that is free from a lot of the bureaucratic mess and legacy processes. Sophia tries to be down-to-earth and warm-hearted.

Cons

Virtually no efforts to promote company culture for employees at client sites. Efforts that do take place are not billable and scheduled during work hours at inconvenient times. Poor location choices for events given the various locations for client sites. General uptightness when it comes to sponsoring events in the first place. Immature management at all levels trying to run the company like it’s a Fortune 500. No real differentiated business strategy. No real plans for employee career progression (and not a large enough contract portfolio to provide new opportunities). Constant upheaval of core business processes with no real communication when changed. Has an apathetic approach to being competitive or innovative only seeking to maintain par with other companies in the industry.

Pros

Interesting work, health benefits, and co-workers The work can be very interesting but management does not put any thought into properly matching employees to assignments. They just want the work off of their desks and you out of their face. With that said employees have a sense of humor and great attitudes. There are lots of opportunities to try new things.

Cons

Management, salary, work environment, extremely high turnover, and poor work-life balance The managers here are biased, non-communicative, cynical, condescending, and selfish. They offer up talent like human sacrifices with very little benefit to the employee and do not care about retaining skilled workers. You can expect to be overworked and grossly underpaid as the company profits handsomely off of you at over 100% like a bargain basement 6 for $1 deal. If this is your first real job, go for it. Hey it is more than your hourly wage at McDonald's. They will love you because you are desperate with no experience so you will do anything for the company and they will pat you on the head like a good dog and profit! However if you have any kind of real work experience or sense of worth, it will not be worth your time. You will lose confidence and momentum in your field as management plays mind games to justify their shabby treatment and literally throw you a few breadcrumbs as a pigeons reward for good measure to keep you grateful that you have a job and hard at work until they are through using you.

Pros

Fed us a lot. Very culturally diverse.

Cons

Too many to list. CEO has some serious management issues. There was really great HR support but anyone who was good was let go. Senior management has been like a revolving door. Only the CEOs "family" seems to survive and be taken care of and a lot of money and effort goes toward H1 visas and worthless consultants instead of keeping solid leaders and professionals who can bring valuable experience and understand how to work with customers.
