High politics Highly traditional management which is run by family members high no of staff due to relations and reference and they are not qualified as well NO horizontal leveling in any department; salaries of a junior could be much higher then even HOD NO leadership only bossism As company is Indian grown you will find all nuisance as indian government organisations have great great favourism Work is always secondary as in India; the primary things are politics, Religion( yeah they are substantially biased towards hinduism as no official leaves for other non-hindu festivals) Innovation exist in policy only

NOBODY HAS AUTHORITY TO EVEN KILL AN ANT! Everybody is busy passing the torch to another person. Strong on gossip and politics! Carry a truck load of butter if you want to work here because you have to butter everyone (whether you work or not is secondary). Call everyone Sir and ABC ji... If you dont, they will soon be annoyed and seek revenge. You dont exactly have to work to be here. You just have to follow my advice - sit till 10 in the night. You can play solitaire on computer or order food from outside but just be available. Do not take any leaves. Call everyone with "ji" and "sir" - both together will do wonders.. For eg. ABCji Sir.. you may have to run personal errands for owners.. go get chai.. entertain their guests etc. HR exists on paper but has no brain or authority.
