First of all, thank you for the time you spent to give us feedback. We follow a standard exit process for an employee who resigns. As per company's statistics (based on internal feedback system and external agencies' reviews) no employee leaves the company due to any internal issue. Employees give very good rating to us for the work environment and salary paid. Yes many employees change their jobs due to family priority, or shifting to a new location because of marriage or wanted to relocate in native place etc. For communication, we have policies that every week, we fix meeting for TLs,PMs and Director for updates like who performs the best in each team and any training requirement and other activity like sports, picnics and festival celebrations etc.
