Too much politics and toxicity, people who are sitting on top all are from the same company, bringing bad culture here.
If you are an outsider, you wont be able to move up here, unless you are a very good politician.
Career - You wont get any promotion, it does not matter how much effort you have put in.
I don't know whether the reason is bad HR policies here, or you need to sacrifice your honour maybe to move up.
Honestly speaking, worst company in terms of career growth I have seen.
Tech - If you know X things before coming here, you will come out knowing X - Y things where highly likely Y > X
it's like that man telling you dont come. Dont expect anything, they have bought people with money, but trust me you wont be learning anything new here. No design reviews/discussions. No PR reviews. No tech forums to discuss or learning sessions, even if you give these ideas, they wont respect it.
Higher level people want the things in their own way, they will just discuss things among themselves what they want and tell you to do that
Note :- This is all my experience working in the freight forwarding team, I don't know much about other teams, so please ask people on Linkedin before coming here, although I dont think everyone will speak openly. So yeah, I have wasted my time here, I hope you don't too :)
