Pros

The management at DPE is open to feedback, and constantly looking to improve. There are plenty of opportunities to give back to the community. They also support a work/life balance. The DP Dinero program is awesome too, you earn DP Dinero for demonstrating company core values. In one year, I earned the equivalent of $500 in the program. DPE also has an internal training program called DPU where you can take classes like CPR training.

Cons

You have to be employed for a year to participate in the 401k program.
