      Terrible base pay, horrible commission structure, uncompetitive product line and pricing structure, few advancement opportunities unless you are related to the owners.

      If you are a Service/Support Technician, be ready to personally fork over money for the miles you drive in your personal vehicle for client visits. Only miles driven OUTSIDE of the 1604 Loop are reimbursed, and will only be reimbursed for the miles you drove outside of the 1604 Loop, which is the ENTIRE city of San Antonio. The pay is terrible as it is, and you will be driving anywhere from 200-600 miles in one month. Do the math on how much less you actually get paid when you take that into consideration. Management seems to be skimming money off the top of their profits by not reimbursing employees for work related expenses that are necessary for you to have a job with Documation.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. The reimbursement policy that was in place at the time was an old policy and I'm happy to report that within a short time frame of you bringing this issue to management's attention, this policy was revised. We were in the beginning stages of issuing company vehicles to service technicians when you left and unfortunately did not roll out this program prior to you leaving.
