Unorganized, production driven, and lack of collaboration

Pros

Some of the coworkers are genuine and collaborative, which helps reach a common goal.

Cons

A lot of the coworkers have an old-school mindset that inhibits growth in the company and promotes information hoarding. Onboarding is a nightmare, as well as training. There was more gossip going on, that cliques formed and created a difficult working environment because you never felt like part of the team

Something is lost in Middle Management

The best CEO you will ever meet, the worker bees are usually upbeat and positive.

Cons

You probably won't do what you are hired for and have multiple other duties put on your plate without being complicated for taking on the new roles while doing it all with no training or path on forward, you're just supposed to figure it out. Middle management needs to invest in training and guiding their people in the task they assign them.

Pay is competitive and the mission for helping military families and those in need of health care.

Cons

If you like to be bullied, wrongfully accused and then shafted by upper leadership or I should say lack there of, then look no further. It is nothing but a popularity contest of the most incompetent people leading the whole thing. But the rest of us who actually care get the worst end. CEO says he cares but could care lessss!
