Pros

"Work anywhere" (before asking permission and getting approval)

Cons

- Not professional when they have to pay your payment after the last day. - Unnecessary maximum escalation (CEO involved) of situations where the conversation occurred and was resolved. - They do not breach their own rules in the contract or documents. - Bad/null communication with human resources. - Schedule meetings 10 minutes before they start. - Non-carrier path.

Pros

Have a good time at the Allergan account for some years.

Cons

Once the project ended, severance was catastrophic, basically they refuse to pay what its deserved and defined by the labor laws in Costa Rica something authorities have to investigate for sure! Almost the entire company were layoff and now is fighthing against a company that was big enough to have sufficient cashflow to afront something like this. There is nothing less to think that in some way all the income was being milked for other purposes outside the company, it's like they don't care about the former employees at all.

Pros

- Salary was good - Fully remote work

Cons

- Once you leave the company, the treatment changes dramatically. - In my case, legal severance was not paid — a serious issue that reflects poorly on the company’s ethics and legal compliance. - Once you're out, the company seems quick to cut ties and avoid obligations, regardless of your contributions. - Raises serious concerns about how Dnamic handles post-employment responsibilities and the value it places on long-term professional relationships.
